We've all seen "The September" issue documentary and understand the importance of the issue... well for Vogue anyway. Rumour on the fashion web is that Vogue commissioned Gaga as she is the highest ranking cover girl at the moment and they're in need of some serious boost in revenue. The choice by Anna Wintour seemed to be a business decision since newsstands have been experiencing increasing loses this year, not only for Vogue but all publication.
