Olympic Moments!

As the 2012 London Olympics draws to a close today I cannot help but feel saddened, like many others all over the world! I didn't expect to enjoy the olympics as much as I did and as many of my twitter followers may know I tweeted up a storm about all my favorite events. Although I managed to watch some rowing, diving and synchronized swimming events they did not excite me as much as the track&field and swimming!

I thought it fitting to compile a little photo collection of my personal favorite olympic moments! From South Africa's first gold medal and world record in the 2012 games by swimmer Cameron Van Der Burg, to our surprise gold from local hottie Chad Le Clos beating non other than the super hero of swimming Michael Phelps! Oscar's tear jerking and inspiring run in the 400m Semi's and Usain Bolts freakish record breaking speed. Our amazing rowing team winning us a Gold medal from all the way in the back of pack!
