Look Post | Happiness Is A Choice

This is probably my favorite look post I've ever done! I think its a true testament to  the power of effective styling. It is no secret Im a shorty and proud, but I can't help but love how lengthy my legs look in these leggings fro Pull&Bear. I wore these leggings with Zara booties to campus and changed them for platform heels later on - and some really hood socks (keeping it real) - the vertical stripes on each leg and my platforms give my legs the length they crave. My fur waistcoat is from Forever New, you may remember it from my Seventeen SA style counsel shoot not too long ago. The Basic top is from Mango and my snood is from Country Road

Every comment, email, tweet and Facebook message encouraging me to keep doing better really motivates and drives me. I try to reply to everyone as much as I can even if my reply might be a bit delayed. 

Happiness is a choice. 

Varsity seems to be getting increasingly hectic as we draw closer to November exams and the last minute hustle begins. This got me thinking about my final year coming up next year and how much I am going to miss my wonderful university friends. The days spent in the cafeteria drinking cappuccinos and talking smack with my peers is what I will cherish most. I still have a year and a half to go though so I'll try not to get to emotional at the thought.

Every encounter with someone other than yourself is a chance to learn, and I am extremely grateful to have encountered so many diverse human beings. From the bitches I used to know to the best friends I've made over night, I love them all! I love learning new things about life and meeting new people (maybe this should go on my dating site application?). I find happiness in every conversation - because happiness is a choice right?
